What are your hours?

Lobby Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 7am – 7pm
  • Saturday – Sunday: 8am – 6pm

Boarding Check-In & Check-Out

Our Boarding check in time is 11am to 7pm. Check out time is from 7am to 1 pm. Early drop-offs or late pick-ups are available by appointment only for an additional fee.

Daycare Hours

We operate daycare from 7am to 7pm during the week and 8am-6pm on weekends.

Holidays

We do not offer daycare on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, the day before and on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. Boarding drop-offs and pick-ups are not available on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. There may also be limited space available for daycare during major holiday weeks and in the Summer.


Do you give tours of the facility?

We encourage everyone to visit our facility. Except from Memorial Day to Labor Day and during busy holiday times, tours are given 7 days a week. Due to the number of guests coming and going on a daily basis, tours are given, without appointments, from 10:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. We want to be able to devote our full attention and these are the days and times that allow for the least interruptions. We highly recommend you contact us in advance if you would like to visit us during alternate days and times. We are happy to show you our facility and answer any questions you may have. We highly recommend you do not bring your dog for the tour, as lots of other doggies are coming through the lobby. We know you’ll like what you see, and after the tour you can set your dog up for a complimentary evaluation.


During a tour, do you take customers through the facility?

For safety reasons, and to minimize stress on our guests, no. The entire facility is visible from our cameras and observation deck, which has tinted glass.


Do you require evaluations and/or temperament testing?

While it’s not mandatory for all new guests, we offer a complimentary, 6-hour evaluation to all new customers. We can discuss with you whether or not it is required for your dog, but highly recommend all new customers take advantage of this offer, especially those who will potentially participate in play with other dogs. During the evaluation, your dog will participate in the normal activities throughout the day, and get the same accommodations they would while they board here. If you want your dog to participate in Group Play, they will be tested to see if they are a good match with like dogs of temperament and size. Dogs over 6 months must be neutered or spayed in order to participate in Group Play. Group Play is designed to be a fun experience for well socialized dogs. Not all dogs make good candidates for Group Play for a variety of reasons. Your dog will be professionally assessed during their evaluation and we will discuss with you the results of the test.


Do you require deposits for boarding?

For single night visits, no deposit is required except for new customers. For visits of 2-4 boarding nights, a one-night deposit is required. For visits of 5-10 nights, a two-night deposit is required. For 10+ nights, a one-week deposit is required.


If I cancel my reservation, what happens to my deposit?

Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, forfeited deposits will remain on a customer’s account indefinitely and can be used against any future service. Exceptions to this policy may apply for unique and unforeseen circumstances and refunds will be made at the discretion of management.


Can my dog come to All American if they do not participate in play?

Of course! As long as a dog is friendly with people, they do not have to interact with other dogs. All guests who do not participate in play are guaranteed to get 5 individual walks/play with staff per stay.


What is the minimum age?

We take dogs for daycare or boarding at 12 weeks.


What vaccinations does my dog need to participate at All American?

  • Rabies at 4 months and older
  • Distemper (DHPP)
  • Bordetella*
  • Canine Influenza, H3N8 as of October 31, 2016

* If this is the dog’s first Bordetella vaccination, it should be given at least 72 hours prior to boarding. Two weeks prior is ideal.

Additionally, your dog must be current on flea and tick prevention.

Your dog must be current on all 4 vaccinations. We defer to your Veterinarian as far as expirations are concerned. If the Bordetella vaccination expires every 6 months according to your vet, your dog must have it done according to that vaccination schedule.


Is All American staffed 24-hours a day?

Of course! 24-hours a day, 365 days a year, there’s always someone here. Your dog is never alone.


What is included in the Boarding rate for my dog?

Our overnight boarding rate is all-inclusive of a private, glass-front suite, which includes, a bed, comfortable bedding, bowls for water and food, and a 5-star rated house food (grain free option available). For well socialized dogs, two play Group Plays are also included in the price. Additionally, each dog gets 2 walks a day, and 24-hour, in-house supervision. Guests that do not participate in play will go out 5 times a day.


Will my dog be on camera during their stay?

Not all of the Standard Deluxe suites are viewable on camera. If you book far enough in advance, we may be able to book your dog in one of the suites on camera depending on availability. If you desire a suite guaranteed on camera, each of our spacious VIP suites comes equipped with a private, password-protected camera, viewable 24-hours a day. Of course, our six indoor and outdoor play areas are always on camera.


Will you give my dog their medications?

Yes. We can give any medications as instructed and have staff trained to administer insulin shots as well. All medications and supplements are $1.00 per dose. Injections are $5.00 per dose.


What are your policies regarding dogs from the same family? Can they stay together?

We will always keep dogs from the same household together, unless otherwise instructed. It is our experience that dogs from the same family like to remain together throughout their stay. Based on their size differences, play personality and energy levels, they may end up in separate play groups but will return to their suite together. Each additional pet sharing the same suite will get a 50% discount.


Does All American offer half-day daycare?

We offer full and half day daycare. A half day is up to 6 hours a day. A full day is anything over 6 hours. Weekend daycare is billed at the full day rate. Daycare packages are available for purchase in blocks of 10, 20, 45, and 60 half-day or full-days. Discounts are applied per the number of days purchased in advance. Daycare packages are non-refundable but never expire.


Will my dog play all day?

No. We offer two scheduled playtimes per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, divided by size and temperament. This allows for ample playtime with plenty of rest before, in between and after play. Your dog will leave here tired but not exhausted. Each playgroup is fully supervised.


What kind of play space do you have?

All American Pet Resorts has over 5,000 square feet of safe and secure indoor and outdoor play areas. Indoor play spaces are covered with a soft rubber flooring which provides a durable, resilient, surface for dog play. Our outdoor play areas are surrounded by a 6-foot solid fence and separated by two 4-foot chain link fences with privacy screens. The area is covered in a soft, resilient, sports turf. Each play surface gets disinfected several times a day.


Are reservations required for daycare?

Yes. Because we run scheduled playtimes throughout the day, each daycare guest is assigned, in advance, a standard-deluxe suite for the day. Due to capacity restrictions customers must book their dogs for daycare in advance.


Do you have accommodations for senior pets?

Absolutely! If they require any form of special care, please make sure to inform us so we can make sure their stay is as comfortable as possible. We have bedding to accommodate the need for a softer place to rest, as well as raised feeders to make getting to their food and water easier. We do allow beds from home, so do not hesitate to bring an orthopedic or special bed for them.


Is there a specific type of collar my dog should wear to the facility?

Any collar, harness or lead is acceptable and it will be kept with their personal belongings until the end of their stay. Always remember to bring your dog into the building on a leash!


Will my dog have water available to them?

Each guest will have fresh water available to them at all times.


Does All American provide food and do you allow outside food to be brought in?

As part of the boarding and daycare fees, All American provides a 5-star-rated food with or without grains. Unless a guest has a sensitive stomach or is on a prescription diet, we highly recommend all guests use the food we provide. Food is allowed from home but must be bagged per meal. An additional fee may be accessed if food is brought in bulk or in large containers. Treats may also be brought, but rawhides are not allowed.


Does All American allow outside bedding and toys?

We do provide ample, clean bedding for all guests. However, owners may bring their own bedding from home as long as it is clean. We will do whatever it takes to return the bedding in the same condition it was brought in, but we are not responsible for any destructive behavior and damage caused to personal items. A few hard toys may be brought with your dog.


Am I required to have my pet spayed and neutered prior to boarding?

All American Pet Resort does not require your dog to be spayed or neutered prior to boarding. However, they will be prohibited from group play if they are over 6 months of age and still intact. Females in heat cannot be boarded.
